How do I set up my profile?
Setting up your profile is very simple. We want you to create the best possible profile so that you receive lots of Bookings and Jobs. To assist you with this we have made it easy for you to be sure that you have filled out the information that is necessary to create a great profile.
Firstly, you need to register by clicking on BECOME A PET SERVICE PROVIDER at the top of the screen.
After you fill in the details to set up your login and password and read and accept the Terms and Conditions you are then taken to your Dashboard. At this point all 11 of the areas of your profile will be red and the Progress bar will be set at 0%.
You just need to click on each of the areas and complete the information. Once you have completed each area it will change to green and the Progress bar will move towards 100%.
After you have completed all the information we will review it and contact you. If you meet the standards of the Pet Service Providers who advertise on our site we will give you the go ahead to pay the low monthly or annual fee (this fee enables us to charge you a lower service fee percentage on Bookings and Jobs than all the other online portals) and can then approve you to start accepting Bookings and applying for Jobs.
Why do I need an ABN or have to complete a Statement By A Supplier form?
The following information was correct as at 07/2019.
You need an Australian business number (ABN) to be registered for GST. There are other reasons why you may need to have an ABN but not everyone is entitled to one.
According to the ATO you only need to register for GST if your business has a GST turnover (gross income minus GST) of $75 000 or more. Click here for more information.

We like to be sure you are doing everything right by the ATO and don’t have any problems down the track so, if you determine that you don’t need an ABN, then you must complete the ATO Statement by a Supplier form and upload it to us via your Dashboard #10 ‘My payment details’.
